BroadcastCustomEvent(JsonElement, CancellationToken)

Broadcasts a CustomEvent to all WebSocket clients. Receivers are clients which are identified and subscribed.

public Task BroadcastCustomEvent(JsonElement eventData, CancellationToken cancellationToken = default)

Parameters

eventData JsonElement

Data payload to emit to all receivers.

cancellationToken CancellationToken

A token that ends the wait for the response, which makes the method throw an OperationCanceledException. A request that was already sent is not undone: OBS Studio may still carry it out.
